Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Credit Analyst to join our team at Pondo Pinoy. This full-time role will provide you deep insights into the lending space and give you the opportunity to take on tasks across departments within the organization. You will be a key member of our team, get the chance to grow with us, and support our mission to provide financing for Filipino SMEs.

Job Responsibilities 

• Conducting credit analysis and credit investigation for SME clients
• Making credit decisions on SME clients
• Performing Credit Limit calculation
• Monitoring of our loan portfolio
• Coordination with sales, account management and collection departments
• Generating business and product ideas and initiatives
• Coordination with IT team with regards to product development

Qualifications

• 3+ Years in Credit Analysis or Underwriting
• Experience in Supply Chain Financing, Factoring or SME Lending is a plus
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and Business Orientated
• Strong Financial Analysis and Modeling Skills
• Strong English Proficiency
• Tech-Savvy 
• Working in a high paced environment
• Versatile, Stress-Resistant, and Proactive
