Job Summary
We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Media Buyer who is both data obsessed and story-driven. You will manage paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google and lead the creation and testing of high-performing paid ad creatives. You’ll work alongside a remote team of video editors and UGC creators, powered by AI tools like ChatGPT, Atria, AI Ad Creatives to scale testing velocity and performance.
Job Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Development
- Research top-performing DTC ad creatives, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Develop new creative angles, hooks, and storyboards for Meta & TikTok ads.
- Script and brief short-form ad videos (UGC, product demos, testimonials, problem-solution).
- Manage & collaborate with video editors, UGC creators, and freelancers.
- Produce 5 new video ad creatives + 10 static ads per week optimized for conversions.
- Write and optimize copy for hooks, captions, and CTAs.
- Use tools like ChatGPT and Atria to ideate, iterate, and improve creative direction.
- Analyze creative performance (CTR, Thumbstop %, ROAS, CAC) and iterate fast.
- Repurpose winning ad content for organic social (TikTok, Instagram).
Media Buying and Testing
- Launch and manage creative testing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Run A/B tests for hooks, CTAs, and creative formats.
- Track key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, Frequency) and report weekly.
- Identify and scale winning creatives, pause underperformers, and optimize budgets.
- Maintain ad account hygiene, naming conventions, and creative test dashboards.
- Collaborate with the founder & eCommerce manager to optimize spend and scaling strategy.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in creative strategy, Meta paid ads in DTC performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of ad psychology, funnel strategy, and storytelling.
- Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video ads (Meta/TikTok).
- Skilled in managing UGC creators, editors, and freelancers.
- Strong copywriting for hooks, captions, and conversion-driven messaging.
- Data-driven, proactive, and highly creative.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiar with ChatGPT, tryAtria, or similar AI ideation tools.
