Job Summary
We're looking for a Performance Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who is both data obsessed and story-driven. You will manage paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google and lead the creation and testing of high-performing paid ad creatives. You’ll work alongside a remote team of video editors and UGC creators, powered by AI tools like ChatGPT, Atria, AI Ad Creatives to scale testing velocity and performance.
Job Responsibilities
Media Buying & Campaign Management
- Launch and manage paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube/Display).
- Run full-funnel campaigns: TOF, MOF, BOF with remarketing and lookalike audiences.
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Run A/B tests on ad copies, campaign & bidding strategies (ASC+, CBO, ABO,..), audience segments, placements.
- Monitor KPIs in real-time and make decisions that move the needle.
Ad Creative Strategy & Scripting
- Develop and execute a content strategy specifically for paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors’ best-performing ad creatives to refine SimplyGood’s approach
- Develop ad angles, hooks, and video scripts that convert cold traffic into customers.
- Develop high converting static ads (60% Reels & 40% Static).
- Create, build and execute a creative testing roadmap: ≥ 10 tests/week.
- Write briefs for video editors and UGC creators with clear structure, emotion, and CTA.
- Analyze creative performance and rapidly A/B test & iterate based on hold rates, CTR, and ROAS.
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to generate, iterate, and validate creative ideas at scale.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Deliver weekly reports on top-performing creatives, campaigns, and learnings.
- Spot winning patterns and double down on high-leverage assets and audiences.
- Recommend scaling decisions, budget reallocations, and creative refresh strategies.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPA) to optimize content for better results.
- Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ad Insights to analyze audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Continuously test different ad creatives (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve efficiency and maximize budget.
- Identify winning creatives and scale them effectively across different ad platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest paid ad trends, creative formats, and platform updates to ensure SimplyGood stays ahead.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years experience in Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads (eComm / DTC preferred)
- Proven ability to hit ROAS/CAC targets with performance-led creatives
- Strong understanding of ad psychology, funnel strategies, and storytelling
- Comfortable writing hooks, headlines, and ad scripts for TOF/MOF/BOF
- Fluent in English and confident writing performance-driven copy
- Familiar with ChatGPT, Jasper, or AI tools for ideation and scripting
Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on experience using tools like Motion, Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere (basic editing
- knowledge)
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, and subscription eCommerce is a plus
