HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the team!

Job Summary
The HR Specialist will support the day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on rider onboarding, documentation, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement. This role will work closely with the HR Lead and senior management to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, enabling leadership to focus on strategic HR initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Rider & Employee Onboarding Management

  • Manage end-to-end rider onboarding, including onboarding data, schedules, contracts, and database maintenance
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and organize employee and rider records, contracts, and HR files
  • Support document management, record keeping, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in updating HR trackers, databases, and reports

Recruitment Support

  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and other channels
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and hiring documentation
  • Support recruitment needs for riders and employees as required

Employee & Rider Engagement

  • Coordinate employee and rider engagement activities and initiatives
  • Support internal events, communications, and engagement programs
  • Assist in fostering a positive and engaged work environment

HR Support & Coordination

  • Provide operational HR support to allow focus on key HR functions such as:
    • Employee onboarding & orientation
    • Performance management
    • Monthly town halls
    • Exit management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or onboarding
  • Familiarity with HR documentation, onboarding processes, and recruitment coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR systems
