About the Role
The Content & Partnerships Associate is a core member of Dehusk’s marketing team and functions as an all-around marketer with a strong specialty in content creation and brand partnerships. This role supports the full marketing lifecycle—including social media management, campaigns, events, influencer coordination, and collaborations—while focusing heavily on producing engaging content and building meaningful partner relationships. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, including recipe videos, behind-the-scenes content, and community-driven storytelling aligned with Dehusk’s brand identity.
- Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns, launches, advertising initiatives, and on-ground promotions.
- Manage social media posting, community engagement, trend monitoring, user-generated content, and overall platform growth.
- Identify and coordinate with potential partners (cafés, brands, studios, KOLs) for collaborations, sampling opportunities, and influencer amplification.
- Handle influencer outreach, UGC coordination, PR activities, and product seeding efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support sampling events, collaborations, and booth activations as required.
- Track deliverables, approvals, timelines, and partner communication.
- Maintain organized content calendars, influencer databases, and marketing asset folders.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, partnerships, PR, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current content trends.
- Comfortable being on camera and open to participating in light, humorous, or unconventional content concepts.
- Experience working with influencers, partnerships, or brand collaborations is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills for outreach and relationship-building.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling broad marketing responsibilities within a small startup team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
