Job Summary
As Sourcing Operations Manager, you will architect and drive OneLot’s car‐sourcing function from the ground up. You will combine strategic vision with hands‐on execution to build a reliable, high‐quality vehicle inventory pipeline that meets dealer clients’ needs and fuels the company’s growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and launch processes and tools for sourcing vehicles from lead generation through deal closing.
- Serve as the intermediary broker between inventory sources and our dealer network—structure and negotiate repeatable commercial terms (e.g., deposit requirements, access / facilitation fees, pricing frameworks, remarketing SLAs) that reduce friction and create mutual value for both seller and dealer partners.
- Maintain a prioritized pipeline of available cars and coordinate logistics for purchase and handoff.
- Match inventory to dealer needs and gather feedback to continuously refine sourcing criteria.
- Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flow.
- Track and report key sourcing metrics such as quality scores, turnaround times, and dealer satisfaction.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal, titling, and company policy requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling new initiatives, taking projects from concept to material revenue or operational impact in a high‐growth environment.
- Entrepreneurial background with demonstrated success starting or running a business.
- Proven negotiation skills and a strong network of seller contacts.
- Highly organized and comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast‐paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self‐starter attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for on‐site inspections, auctions, and dealer visits.
