Job Responsibilities
- Manage and designate daily duties, while delivering direction and training to the HR team.
- Work in conjunction with department managers to assess staffing requirements and facilitate efficient hiring and onboarding procedures.
- Manage employee issues, reconcile conflicts, and encourage a healthy organizational culture.
- Manage the evaluation of performance, deliver insightful feedback, and support the resolution of performance difficulties.
- Ensure that company policies are regularly reviewed and in accordance with labor regulations, while also administering disciplinary actions as required.
- Supervise payroll operations, manage benefits programs, and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
- Direct employee training efforts and support lifelong learning opportunities.
- Oversee the management of HR records, assess relevant metrics, and provide support for human resources audits.
- Foster a secure and health-conscious workplace by introducing wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Established background in human resources roles, including supervisory or
managerial role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
