Job Summary
As a Sales Officer at OneLot, you will play a key role in building strong dealer relationships by conducting regular check-ins, supporting loan drawdowns, and updating dealer information to optimize loan potential. You will also gather and relay feedback to help enhance our services, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and support. Working closely with our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless ongoing client satisfaction and support.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Dealer Relationships: Conduct regular relationship management meetings and drop-in visits to develop rapport and trust with dealers, providing exceptional service.
- Facilitate Dealer Feedback: Gather feedback from dealers and observe competitor practices to identify areas for improvement, sharing insights with the team to refine OneLot’s processes.
- Support Dealer Financing Needs: Understand dealer buying and selling cycles, leveraging knowledge of OneLot’s loan products to facilitate drawdowns from credit limits.
- Drive Sales and Disbursement Goals: Actively contribute to meeting team-level sales, conversion, and disbursement targets, while also working toward individual performance goals.
- Update Dealer Information: Assist dealers in updating their details within the system to ensure they maximize their loan potential and remain compliant with OneLot’s requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the automotive or financial industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on the ability to seamlessly transition between various communication modes, including SMS, email, in-person meetings, phone calls, and video calls.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Personal car or motorcycle required to visit the dealer.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
