We are a startup scaling fast through social media paid advertising, and we need an expert Content Creator / Video Producer to create viral, high-converting content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Job Summary

You will own and execute SimplyGood’s retention and lifecycle strategy across Email & SMS (via Klaviyo) - from segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to campaign optimization and performance tracking.

We’re looking for someone who can operate independently, move fast, and translate data into meaningful actions that improve LTV, repeat purchase rate, and total email revenue contribution.

This is a full-time remote role (40 hrs/week) reporting directly to the founder and Marketing Manager in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

Email & SMS Campaign Execution

  • Plan, write, design and deploy 3-4 email Klaviyo campaigns per month aligned with marketing and promotional calendars.
  • Implement A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve open and click rates.
  • Produce on-brand, high-performing email assets with a focus on conversions.

Lifecycle Flow Management

  • Build, audit, and optimize key automation flows - Welcome, Cart Abandonment, Browse, Post-Purchase, Winback, Replenishment, and VIP.
  • Implement flows have smart logic, updated dynamic blocks, and personalized segmentation logic.
  • Continuously test, improve, and scale high-converting flows to increase conversion rates and flow-attributed revenue.

Segmentation & List Growth

  • Manage & develop advanced audience segmentation based on RFM, engagement, product interest, and geography.
  • Maintain list hygiene, reduce unsubscribes, and grow active profiles month over month.
  • Build & optimize signup forms, pop-ups, and landing pages to improve lead capture and engagement.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting — open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue attribution.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve lifecycle strategy.
  • Benchmark and report against industry KPIs and internal targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketing (Meta/TikTok) and creative teams for campaign synergy.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams for bundle creation, replenishment triggers, and new product launches.
  • Support customer retention campaigns, loyalty and referral programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Email & Lifecycle Marketing (Klaviyo required) for eCommerce or DTC brands.
  • Proven track record managing Klaviyo (automation, segmentation, campaign execution).
  • Experience designing and optimizing flows, campaigns, segmentation, and automations.
  • Strong copywriting, data interpretation, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and SMS marketing (Postscript / Attentive / Klaviyo SMS).
