You will work directly with the CEO to:
- Launch the market
- Find what converts
- Build a repeatable growth engine
What You’ll Do
- Own go-to-market execution in the Philippines
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Work hands-on with sales, marketing, and operations
- Build and iterate fast based on real market feedback
- Hire and lead the local team as the market scales
What We’re Looking For
- Strong execution track record (you’ve shipped results, not just plans)
- High ownership — you take responsibility for outcomes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
- Deep understanding of Filipino consumers is a strong advantage
- Experience in growth, sales, or launching new markets is a plus
