Head of Marketing

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and creative Head of Marketing to join the team.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and creative Head of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts across: 50% B2B Marketing: Credit infrastructure, API products, enterprise branding Channels: LinkedIn, PR, newsletters, events, long-form content, product storytelling, corporate website, and the LenderLink Podcast. 50% B2C/D2C Marketing: Upcoming D2C consumer brand and app launch Channels: social media, influencers, content creation, app launch campaigns, community building, retention and engagement mechanics, and viral loop design. This role is both strategic and execution-heavy: you will set the vision, run campaigns yourself, and gradually build a marketing team as we scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead all B2B marketing — LinkedIn, PR, newsletters, events, podcast, website
  • Launch and grow LenderLink’s upcoming D2C credit information brand
  • Build content, campaigns, funnels, and communities from the ground up
  • Work across leadership, Sales, and Product to power our next stage of growth

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, AI video, AI design, AI automation, AI analytics).
  • You must be a heavy, daily AI user.
  • Hands-on marketer — able to write copy, design campaigns, manage social, and direct multimedia content.
  • Proven experience running both B2B and B2C marketing programs.
  • Strong track record in growth, acquisition, brand building, storytelling, and PR.
  • Experience launching and scaling new brands or app-based products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong Advantages

  • Startup experience (high-growth, early-stage, scrappy, cross-functional execution).
  • Fintech or financial services experience, ideally in credit scoring, lending, or API/data platforms in the Philippines (mandatory) and APAC;
  • Comfort operating with minimal structure and building processes from zero to one.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Data, Product, Engineering, and CEO-level stakeholders.
