OneLot specializes in offering working capital financing exclusively to used car dealers. The company's innovative approach allows dealers to access funding based on a pre-approved credit line, determined by a data-driven and AI-enabled assessment of their business. This financial support enables dealers to expand their inventory, cater to a broader customer base, and ultimately boost their profitability.

Job Summary
As the Head of Sales at OneLot, you will play a key role in driving the success of our transformative lending venture. Your role will involve overseeing all sales activities, building automated sales processes, managing client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving business expansion. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will leverage deep customer insights to ensure we deliver the greatest possible value and continue to lead the industry forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth and acquire new clients through a diverse range of channels, ensuring sustained business expansion.
  • Implement and refine standardized, scalable sales processes, with a strong commitment to leveraging data for informed, impactful decision-making.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and ensure that products, processes, and technologies are fully aligned to deliver exceptional value.
  • Build, develop, and lead the sales team by fostering a collaborative environment, providing ongoing training, and ensuring all team members are aligned and fully equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support for success.
  • Establish clear prioritization strategies, creating focused plans to target the most essential dealers at the right time, leveraging data and market trends to guide decisions.
  • Oversee and optimize daily sales operations, ensuring seamless pipeline management, timely follow-ups, and consistent momentum.
  • Exceed or consistently meet monthly sales targets, driving performance through strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure process adherence, instilling discipline across the team to follow standardized processes and minimize deviations from best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SME sales within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • High degree of process orientation, with proven ability to develop and optimize sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to switch effortlessly between different communication modes (e.g., SMS, email, calls, video, in-person meetings).
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment.
