About the Role
Performance Marketing Associate is responsible for the technical, analytical, and execution-focused side of marketing. This role manages performance marketing, e-commerce platforms, CRM/email marketing, SEO, analytics reporting, and post-sales and wholesale coordination. The ideal candidate is an all-around digital marketer with strong analytical skills, capable of owning data, optimization, and backend marketing operations while supporting the broader team on cross-functional initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
- Oversee e-commerce operations (TikTok Shop, Shopee, website), including listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and platform campaigns.
- Handle CRM and email marketing flows, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Lead analytics reporting across all marketing channels, maintaining monthly and annual performance dashboards.
- Execute SEO tasks, keyword updates, and website optimization.
- Manage post-sales activities and coordinate with Ops for customer concerns and fulfillment issues.
- Assist in wholesale coordination by managing product information, preparing required documentation, and supplying performance-related reports.
- Assist the marketing team in cross-functional campaigns and technical execution needs.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce workflows.
- Experience running ads and interpreting metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM/email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo) and basic SEO practices.
- Highly analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small startup team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
