ABOUT US:

Founders Launchpad is an industry agnostic early-stage startup accelerator, which provides funding, and guidance to high-potential tech startups to help them launch and/or scale their businesses. FL is based in Metro Manila and offers co-living and co-working space to the startups for the duration of the program to reach startups from all over the Philippines.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our team. This full-time role will provide you with hands-on startup experience where you will be a key member of the team, working closely with the management team and high-potential startups.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the accelerator program, including day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and coordinating events, meetings, and workshops
• Research and identify potential startups for the program
• Support the development of program materials and resources
• Assist in organizing and promoting program and networking events
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and best practices
• Create and distribute program updates, newsletters, and other communications to the startups
• Assisting with the evaluation and selection of startups for the program
• Work closely with multiple startups in the program, and support them to achieve their goals

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for entrepreneurship and startups
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
