Job Qualifications
- Assist in managing and moderating social media and community channels (Discord, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Respond to messages, comments, and community posts in a fun, friendly, and brand-aligned way
- Help create community events, challenges, and shoutouts to boost engagement
- Monitor trends, memes, and player feedback for content and engagement opportunities
- Support reporting on community sentiment and engagement metrics
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and social media skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch
- Passion for gaming, pop culture, and online communities
- A fun, respectful tone and the ability to adapt to brand voice
- Bonus: Experience managing or moderating online groups or communities
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
