Job Summary
As a Talent & People Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by managing recruitment and supporting essential People operations. You will help scale the People function by ensuring a smooth hiring process, assisting with employee lifecycle management, maintaining compliance, and contributing to engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle job postings and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain an organized recruitment pipeline.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including crafting compelling job ads, managing LinkedIn updates, and enhancing candidate engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and a well-structured hiring journey.
People Operations & Administration
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and government compliance requirements.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across teams.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and recognition efforts.
- Help track and facilitate performance review cycles, ensuring timely implementation and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Proficiency in hiring platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, use of ATS) and knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination).
- Strong attention to detail with a process-driven and organized mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
