OneLot is looking for a highly motivated Talent & People Operations Associate to join the team.

OneLot specializes in offering working capital financing exclusively to used car dealers. The company's innovative approach allows dealers to access funding based on a pre-approved credit line, determined by a data-driven and AI-enabled assessment of their business. This financial support enables dealers to expand their inventory, cater to a broader customer base, and ultimately boost their profitability.

Job Summary

As a Talent & People Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by managing recruitment and supporting essential People operations. You will help scale the People function by ensuring a smooth hiring process, assisting with employee lifecycle management, maintaining compliance, and contributing to engagement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle job postings and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain an organized recruitment pipeline.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including crafting compelling job ads, managing LinkedIn updates, and enhancing candidate engagement.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and a well-structured hiring journey.

People Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and government compliance requirements.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across teams.
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and recognition efforts.
  • Help track and facilitate performance review cycles, ensuring timely implementation and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in hiring platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, use of ATS) and knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination).
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-driven and organized mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
