Relationship Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team!

Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the point of contact between N90 and our clients, responsible for maintaining and growing strong, trust-based relationships. You will ensure their needs are addressed promptly and professionally while working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Legal.

Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing borrowers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners and key decision-makers.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to understand their business and lending needs.
  • Monitor borrower health and flag risks, concerns, or opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and loyalty through timely and consistent support.

Client Support & Retention

  • Offer exceptional customer service, resolving borrower concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Act as a problem-solver, navigating internal processes to find practical, client-focused solutions.
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their feedback and goals are heard and addressed.
  • Use borrower insights to drive continuous improvement in client experience.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Legal) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Coordinate on borrower-specific needs, ensuring they are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Keep borrower records, notes, and communications up-to-date and well-organized.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in a client-facing role, such as account management, account officer, or relationship management.
  • Preferably with experience in lending or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems.
