Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you'll be the mission commander behind our campaigns, livestreams, brand collabs, and content launches. You will manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects from kickoff to post-mortem , ensuring that everything runs on time, within scope, and in sync.
You’ll work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, align deliverables, and solve blockers before they become boss fights. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments, this role is your next level-up.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end project workflows
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to hit all key milestones
- Coordinate with both internal teams (creatives, accounts, production) and external clients
- Lead regular check-ins, project updates, and status reporting
- Track project progress, resolve risks early, and flag any major blockers
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams
- Conduct post-project reviews to improve future processes
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in project management, preferably in digital, creative, or marketing industries
- Skilled in project management tools
- Excellent at task prioritization, time management, and resource allocation
- Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and fast-moving deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communicator , can rally a team and keep everyone aligned
