Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the creative team designers, video producers, writers, and content creators.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand and business goals
- Oversee creative production to ensure top-quality output, on time and on budget
- Collaborate closely with marketing, talent management, and project teams to deliver seamless campaigns
- Champion fresh ideas inspired by gaming culture, digital trends, and audience insights
- Manage workflows, timelines, and resources to maximize team productivity
- Present creative concepts and results to leadership and external partners
Qualifications
- 2+ years leading creative teams, preferably within gaming, esports, or digital media
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective digital campaigns
- Deep passion and understanding of gaming culture and content creation
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop creative talent
