Job Responsibilties
- Actively engage with qualified leads through phone and chat channels, converting them into paying customers.
- Focus on weight loss leads for the GoSlim line of products and chronic care category, activating responses and turning them into sales.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of GoRocky’s offerings and services to effectively address customer queries and highlight benefits.
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but recent college undergraduates/graduates with a strong drive to succeed are welcome to apply.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to express empathy and understanding when addressing customer concerns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer engagement and conversion.
- Highly empathetic, with a genuine interest in helping customers improve their health and wellness.
