Job Summary
Finance professional responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing financial insights to businesses and individuals. You will be working with the finance team handling internal financial management.
Job Responsbilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, and manage VAT, income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Work with BIR, SEC, and other agencies for tax compliance, business permits, and financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules, and other financial regulations.
- Manage invoices, payments, collections, and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Assist in providing financial insights to improve business operations, reduce costs, and maximize profits.
- Assist in financial audits, assess risks, and implement internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and forecasting for businesses and organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA).
- Board passer with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License
- 1 to 2 years work experience
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of accounting software, and familiarity with BIR regulations.
