Kippap is a gamified learning management system that fills the Philippine educational gap in a fun and engaging way, starting with the engineering license exam. Students can learn at their own pace, watch high-quality lecture videos, have a support system of board topnotcher lecturers and access to rigorous preparation exams.

JOB SUMMARY

We are searching for a driven and passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, contributing to our growth by ensuring accurate data reconciliation, engaging clients, and fostering positive relationships.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and schools to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collection and Conversion Tracking for lead generation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed online sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
  • Continuously refine and optimize online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct telemarketing by performing outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
  • Generate insightful reports from CRM data to inform sales strategies, identify trends, and improve conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales operations or call center
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a keen eye for maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong proficiency in using Google Sheets for data reconciliation and tracking.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and multitasking capabilities.
  • Passion for education and a strong interest in technology and digital learning.
