Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and organized Multimedia Specialist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact videos—especially short-form content for social media—and is highly comfortable using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.

If you’re passionate about crafting reels, TikToks, and ad creatives that grab attention and convert, we want to work with you.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts) for organic and paid social ads
• Shoot raw content for interviews, skits, vlogs, or educational content (using phone or camera)
• Assist in creating draft scripts or visual concepts for video content.
• Design basic assets using Canva (thumbnails, IG stories, social posts)
• Organize media files, assets, and versions for efficient team access
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute storytelling-based content strategies

Qualifications

•  2–3 years experience in multimedia, video editing, or content creation
• Proficient in CapCut (or similar), Canva, and basic video editing workflows
• Comfortable in shooting simple content with natural lighting and mobile gear
• Strong grasp of social media trends, short-form storytelling, and visual hooks
• Organized with file management and version control
• Open to working on a hybrid setup (1–2x/week onsite) within Metro Manila
