Job Summary

As a Marketing & Community Support Associate, you will play a vital support role in growing our digital presence and customer satisfaction. You will assist in managing our online community, creating content decks for social media, editing short videos, performing light admin duties, and occasionally answering inquiries to support our sales team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and actively engage with our online community across platforms such as Facebook groups and Instagram comments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages during peak times or marketing campaigns to support customer satisfaction and sales efforts.
  • Develop social media content decks aligned with the content calendar and brand voice.
  • Perform basic video editing for social media formats including reels, stories, and product showcases.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as file organization, report preparation, and coordination with other departments.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign execution.
  • Provide backup support to the Sales Admin as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience with basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and copywriting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Open to working on a hybrid setup (1–2x/week onsite) within Metro Manila
